Posted By Alan Partis on January 23, 2009
Political thought, as defined with respect to United States politics, is a spectrum running from liberalism (figuratively on the left) to conservatism (on the right). Most people will identify themselves with one side of the spectrum or the other. The degree to which they are grounded in their belief system, the more likely they are to be further from the political center.
We’ll leave for another day the task of actually trying to define the defining beliefs found along the way.
